There are three steps to achieve this purpose.

假使我們想要將UTF-8 轉換成 BIG5

Step 1:

開啟文字檔 , 並將文字檔內容剪下.

Step 2:

到notepad++的編碼選項中將編碼改為BIG5

Step 3:

將剛剛所剪下的文字內容再貼上 , 即轉換成功.
